Study Groups & Group Activities
Study Groups are held for both craniosacral (CST) therapy and lymphatic drainage therapy (LDT). CST groups are run by Vanessa Cayle, MSPT while LDT groups are run by Kimberly Lovell, MT. Requirement for participation in LDT study groups is completion of at least LDT1 through Upledger Institute. Requirement for participation in CST study group is any training in craniosacral therapy. Vanessa’s training is in Upledger, but therapists trained in other curricula are welcome. Check the events calendar for the next study group date. Classes
Cranial From Me to You 1 & 2
A unique 1 or 2 day program developed by Vanessa Cayle, MSPT. It has been written for the non-professional and teaches basic techniques to share with family, friends and loved ones. This class is for the “non-therapist” with limited or no background in health care, although professionals are also welcome. Included techniques will focus on the craniosacral, lymphatic, and myofascial systems. Participants will learn basic history, health foundation, and techniques with practicum (hands on) experience. The course is typically held once in the Spring and again in the Fall. Check our calendar for the next scheduled course.
