Dr. Alpiner is a Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation (PM&R) specialist. He is Double Board Certified in Pediatrics and Rehabilitation. He specializes in the treatment of Adult and Pediatric Neurological and Musculoskeletal Disorders. Dr. Alpiner's specialties include sports injury prevention and treatment, prehab, orthopedic recovery, second chance stroke, women's rehabilitation, fall prevention, sensory disorders, cancer rehab, neurologic recovery-stroke, Parkinson's Disease, MS, brain injury and spinal cord injury. HWT uses fun, entertaining, and educationally sound instructional methods to teach handwriting to all students: pre-k through cursive. Kathleen Scott, OTR and Rose Wisniewski, OTR are Handwriting Without Tears® trained therapists. They are highly trained occupational therapists with expertise in pediatric occupational therapy as well as adult rehabilitation.
